The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, also known as FCA, has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high, and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire, and change the world through the gospel.

Kristen Rott serves with FCA as the State Director of Oregon. Her career as a professional athlete, teacher, coach, associate principal/athletic director, and pastor have been such a tremendously rewarding start to her professional life and benefits her in her new position.

She continues to champion others through the leadership development organization of FCA locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally. Kristen has spent over a decade in educational communities and we are excited to join her in prayer, in partnership, and in purpose.
